There are no accounts on this website

This site has no registration, no accounts and no passwords, and we never ask you for any. If anyone asks you for login credentials in our name, it is not us.

• use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
• use it to publish or transmit malicious software of any kind

The information here is general, not advice

This site explains the Saber, Fasah, SASO and SFDA procedures in general terms, reflecting our understanding at the time of writing. Regulations and technical requirements change, and they differ by commodity, by origin and by the state of the consignment.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax or customs advice for a particular consignment. Confirm your own consignment with us before you act on anything here.

Published prices

The tariff page shows indicative ranges for our own service fee. They are neither an offer nor a binding quotation.

• All figures are in Saudi riyals and exclude value added tax at 15%
• They exclude customs duty and government fees
• They exclude port and terminal charges levied under the Law of Port Service Tariffs and Fees issued by the Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani)
• The fee that actually applies depends on the customs classification, the inspection channel, the documents and the handling required

A binding price is given only in a written quotation from us.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Language of this text

This text is published in Arabic and English. In case of any inconsistency between the two versions, the Arabic version is the authoritative original.
