How it works

Three steps, one person accountable

  1. 01

    Before arrival

    We review the documents and the label and identify the tests the commodity requires, before the consignment berths.

    Sampling and testing

    We attend the sampling, submit it to an SFDA-accredited laboratory, and stay on the queue until the result is issued.

  3. 03

    Release

    We file the result with the Authority for the release decision and tell you when collection can happen.
