Privacy policy

Last updated · 18 October 2026

This policy explains what we do with personal data that reaches us through this website. It covers the website alone. Documents you hand us in the course of a clearance — commercial invoices, bills of lading, copies of identification — are governed by the engagement between us, not by this page.

Who is responsible for your data

Smazohl Sky Saturn Barq wa Raad Customs Clearance & Logistics Services, Commercial Registration 7053990789, King’s Road Tower, Floor 26, Unit 2607, 7524 King Abdulaziz Road, Alshate’i District, Jeddah 23412 – 3675, Saudi Arabia.

What this website collects

One thing only: what you type into the contact form yourself.

  • Your name and email address, which are what we need to answer you
  • Your company name and phone number, both optional
  • The service you picked from the list, and your message
  • The language you were reading in, so we reply in it

And nothing else. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels, and has no accounts or logins.

What happens automatically

  • Fonts: the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them directly from Google’s servers and your IP address reaches Google as part of that request. It is the only automatic disclosure to a third party on this site.
  • Abuse limiting: when you submit the form, the server holds your IP address in memory for ten minutes to stop repeated automated submissions. It is not written to a database and is discarded afterwards.
  • Hosting logs: our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs as part of running and securing the site.

Why we use it

To read your enquiry and answer it, and to keep the form from being abused. We do not use it for marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it for advertising.

The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, together with our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable.

Who sees it

  • Our own staff who handle enquiries
  • The email provider that delivers the message to our inbox
  • The hosting provider that runs the site
  • Government authorities, where the law of the Kingdom requires it

Your data is not sold, rented or traded with anyone else.

Transfers outside the Kingdom

Our hosting and email providers may process data on servers outside Saudi Arabia. Our contracts with them limit the use of that data to providing the service and nothing else.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiry emails: for as long as the enquiry and any engagement arising from it require, and as Saudi commercial record-keeping obliges
  • The rate-limiting IP address: ten minutes

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia you may ask to see your data, to have it corrected or destroyed, to object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the equivalent rights under the GDPR. To exercise any of them, write to the address below.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what reaches us. Even so, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, payment card details or other highly sensitive information through the form.

Children

This website is directed at businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may amend this policy. Any amendment is published on this page with its date and takes effect from the date it is published.
